We have taken great pride in designing and building this house ourselves and creating a beautifully crafted building that we hope can now be enjoyed by others. Everything is brand new and works perfectly, and is of very high quality. Being an ecohome it is always warm during winter and stays nice and cool during summer, and ventilation and heat recovery provide a pleasant living atmosphere. The house is furnished with a collection of mid twentieth century retro furniture and lighting, and the house has natural solid oak timber floors throughout. The house has a whole host of features that help to make it sustainable, including: rainwater collection for flushing of toilets. huge levels of insulation, heat recovery systems, LED lighting throughout, roof mounted PV solar energy monitoring, and is constructed using sustainable materials. Guest access You will have use of the entire house to enjoy to themselves, including use of the three double bedrooms, kitchen, living and dining area, main bathroom, ensuite, WC, and outdoor patio area. The top floor bedroom has an additional sofa bed. The house is entirely self contained. You will have the house to yourself and the host does not live at the property. The house is accessed at street level into a small entrance hall. In common with typical London houses the house is tall and narrow; the living areas are located on the ground floor and bedrooms on the two further upper floors, accessed by stair. The house will be fully stocked with essentials upon arrival, including bed linen, towels, hand soaps, shower gels, tea, coffee, toilet rolls, and cleaning materials.
