The space Different sizes and separate bedrooms are as follows (see photos for details): Group Bedroom 1 (Good for 6 persons) Family Bedroom 1 (Good for 4-6 persons) Tree House Extension (Good for 6-8 persons) Note: * Beds are King Size, Double and Single Double Deck * Add-on Fee of Php 500.00 (every additional guest). Other Amenities: * Free WiFi Internet and Kitchen (stove and utensils) use. * We have four (4) bathrooms accessible. * Inclusive with Air-Conditioner & Cable TV. * Big garden for private small parties and garage that can fit four (4) vehicles. To explain our pricing. Our minimum size room is a four-bed bedroom. Therefore the minimum price per night is P2000, whether single or double or triple or quadruple occupancy. For additional guests (over 4 pax) it is P500 per person per night. Guest access First Floor Bedrooms (Transient House) can accommodate 10-12 people comfortably. Main House Bedrooms (Separate Bookings) can accommodate 16 people comfortably. Tree House Extension (Transient house) can accommodate 6-8 people. The whole property may be booked out up to 32-38 people. please contact host for more information on booking. Big Patio and Garden area ideal for Outdoor parties and BBQ. Main House living room, dining room and kitchen can be used for small gathering, for parties of booked guests. Additional guests of occupants may only be invited to parties or gatherings after receiving approval and permission from your host Tita Flora. Other things to note Our Pension & Transient House is conveniently located to near places such as: Subic Waterfront Resort & Hotel, Baloy Beach Resort and White Rock Beach Resort. Barrio Barretto, a commercial area with banks, restaurants, salon and spa, just 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk. Convenient stores, Gas station, Meat and Wet market (talipapa), Drugstores, and Bakeshops are just all stone throw away. Everything is within your reach. Must see to appreciate. Most Importantly: SUBIC BAY FREEPORT ZONE / SUBIC BAY METROPOLITAN AUTHORITY (SBFZ/SBMA) is 15 minutes drive from our Pension & Transient House.
