We offer a 2-room apartment with a comfortable double bed, sofa, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom for your exclusive use. The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a tenement house in the historic district of Poznań - Łazarz. The property is located a short distance from MTP, Palmiarnia Poznańska, PKP and PKS stations, as well as the Old Town and the airport. There are numerous shops, atmospheric cafes and restaurants, as well as two parks and a swimming pool open in the summer. The space The space I give you is a separate part of my apartment, so I can help if you need me. At the same time, the entire apartment is large enough (160 sq meters) that we will not interfere with each other. The kitchen you will use is equipped with a fridge, electric stove and oven, kettle and all the basic equipment needed to prepare a meal (pots, plates, glasses, cups, etc.). You don't have to bring coffee, tea, sugar - everything is on site. The bathroom has a washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, towels and basic hygiene items (soap, shower gel, toilet paper). Remember that the apartment is on the 4th floor, so you will have to climb the stairs. There are two portable Wi-Fi routers in the apartment, there is no permanent internet connection. Please consider this when booking. When you need fast internet for work, the one available in the apartment may not be sufficient. Guest access You will have a room with a kitchenette with a double sofa bed, a second room with a comfortable double bed and a bathroom. Everything is at your disposal. Other things to note The place I offer is perfect for, for example, a couple who wants to visit Poznań or people who come to Poznań for a trade fair event, also for those for whom Poznań is a stop on their further journey. If you are traveling by car, I cannot guarantee that you will find a parking space near the house. Usually, there is a place, but sometimes it is a big problem (especially in the evening and at night). The entire district is covered by the so-called Paid Parking Zone. Łazarz is a blue zone where fees apply according to the following price list: 3.50 PLN / 1st hour 7.70 PLN / 2nd hour PLN 12.60/3rd hour 3.50 / next hour You have to pay for parking from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Parking from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. and on Saturdays and Sundays is free. Other check-in and check-out times are possible, but only by prior arrangement.
