QUESTIONS Answered - *The space The Jannat View is a comfortable 3BHK DUPLEX VILLA 1) it has 3 luxurious bedrooms, each with large double beds and attached bathrooms . 2) Bedroom -1 & Bedroom-2 on the 3rd floor 3) Bedroom-3 –the attic bedroom which is an open bedroom has no doors hence the attic bedroom on the 4thfloor. 4) This house has huge attic on both the side of the house with breathtaking views. 5) Outdoor seating is available to enjoy the serene view of the valley below. 6) Rooms include 24hr Running hot and cold water, Shower in bathroom and western style toilets including hot and cold water mixers. 7) There is one common room , which serves as sitting room as well as dining room with the balcony 8) Kitchen is outfitted with essential civilities like: 1. cooking and serving its got electric kettle, 2. microwave, 3. induction gas , 4. cooking gas utensils, 5. coffeemaker, 6. Eggboiler, 7. geyser, 8. aquaguard etc . 9) This the ONLY house with An ELEVATOR &POWER BACK UP. The room has pardonable/cover amazed wooden closet sheds, dressing and sitting territory and is empowered with 4 G Wifi and heaters in each room ( on demand) and a cable TV with HD english and hindi amusement and games channels . * Do you have a car park? Yes we have free car parking for your vehicle in the building complex. The caretaker can help you park when you arrive. * Do I have to share the apartment with anyone? No we do not let out rooms individually and only let out the whole apartment in one go. You will have access to the whole apartment and no one else. All apartments have an independent entrance and there is only one apartment on each floor. *Does the apartment have a lift? YES ,IT DOES *What about sanitisation? We sanitise the place with a chlorine based floor disinfectant and an alcohol based sanitizer before every check in. All linen and towels are washed with antibacterial detergent and fresh clean linen are used for every booking. *How is the mobile connectivity and the wifi? Mobile connectivity at the apartment is decent for all mobile networks. We are work from home friendly and have high speed broadband connections in all the apartments. The broadband company promises 100 mbps speed but we have observed the average speed to be between 35 mbps and 60 mbps *What are the check in and check out timings? The check in time for all apartments is after 2 pm and the check out is between 11-11:30 am. We have a late check out penalty post 11:30 am ,Rs 500 as fine if a late check out has not been agreed in advance. This is to make sure we are on time as unlike hotels we do not have waiting rooms and guests have travelled a long way so we aim to have a sparkling home waiting forthem ready on the check in time. *Can I check in early or check out late? Early check ins and late check outs depend on the booking before or after you . Early check in and late check outs are possible in cases only when there is no reservations before or after you. *What all is included in the price? The price includes the apartments rental cost,the services of the caretaker and basic daily cleaning for the rooms. The caretaker is there to help you with your check in and is your point of contact for any issues being faced. You are advised to tip him in case you are asking him to get your groceries or helping with other tasks. *What are the available food options ? All apartments have a fully functional kitchen available for guest use and the apartment cost does not include food * I am getting my house help/ driver along, can they be boarded? We have a servant/driver’s accommodation in the building complex. The charges are INR 2 50 per night . *What about smoking and drinking inside the house? All our homes have smoking balconies. Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited as the smoke can stick inside and cause irritation to kids or other guests who come after. Also because of the excessive use of wood in the homes it's a fire hazard. Drinking is allowed inside the house. *Can we party inside the house? Mashobra is a silent valley and loud music post 10 is not permitted. We like to think of ourselves as a mild music + conversation kinda place and respect the peace of others in the vicinity. There is an INR 10,000fine for throwing up or puking inside the apartment. Toiletries provided - hair dryer - soap ( basic hotel ones) - towels - slippers - body wash - dental kit - shampoo( small hotel ones ) Note - they might not suit someone suggest you carry your own . HOUSE RULES ? 1. NO Smoking inside the house ( as the house is made from wood majorly) 2. please don't break crockery, furniture we might request payment for damages if any. NO pets in the property strictly . 4. NO Lighting of the Candles inside the house . 5.Please check out on time please support us in making sure no one hasto wait more than promised. 6. NO throwing / puking in the house - Rs 10,000 fine would be charged . 7. NO loud music in the house after 10pm please try to keep it low as neighbours may copmlaint . 8. Don’t forget to turn off of the AC’s ,Geysers & Lights after use 9.If anything is damaged / or items lost inside the house ,you would be liable to pay the damages. 10. CHECKOUT TIME - between 11-11:30 AM (Strictly ) 11. If there is any Late check out - charges would apply accordingly ( Rs 500 accordingly) 12. Power backup timing - ( 8-10pm) at night & 1 hour in the afternoon 13. Labour charges for washing of utensils would apply ,if required in the afternoon & at night - Rs 150 per time Kindly note - The caretaker wouldn't be available after 10pm , unless there is an emergency. Carrom board Other things to note Care taker is accessible for cleaning and tidying the place. Boarding for drivers/hirelings can be organized on earlier notice and an ostensible whole.
