Monkey House is the perfect space for those who want to explore Venice with a genuine and curious spirit, feeling like true Venetian locals for a few days. It is located on the 'mezzanine' floor of Palazzo Canal, a historic building from the 1600s in Venice. It is a refined and spacious apartment recently renovated in the heart of Venice, equipped with all the most modern comforts and furnished in a simple but authentically Venetian style, it is ideal for couples, families and long stays. The space My name is Luca, and I am the owner of the Monkey House. The apartment takes its name from a couple of prints hanging in the living room, the very first two things I put into the house once the restoration work was finished! This large and bright house (80m²) with bathroom has two spacious double bedrooms, a large living room, dining room, big kitchen, private entrance with a small laundry (shared with another apartment of the same property) and is located in the historic center of Venice , in a really convenient and strategic position. The bed in the main room is a double bed 160x200cm, while the bed in the small room is a French double 140x200, the kitchen is well equipped and has a fridge, freezer, gas stove, automatic coffee machine, oven and dishwasher. The heating is independent as is the air conditioning. The internet connection is guaranteed by a fast free WI-FI network, and the two 42k 'smart TVs offer all the most popular streaming services, from Netflix to YouTube. Access is completely autonomous and secure thanks to the numeric keypads both on the main and on the apartment door. Upon your arrival, in addition to fine cotton sheets, towels, kitchen essentials and courtesy set with shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, you will find a short 'manual' written by me with my favorite places to visit and where to eat both in the neighborhood than in the rest of Venice.
