It was renovated from an original 3 bedroom beach shack. It has an open plan living space with large sliding doors to a deck looking over the water. A second deck at the front of the cottage overlooks a north facing, well maintained garden. Stylish furnishings. New kitchen with high end appliances. Large dining table to spread that weekend newspaper. Modern airy bathroom with waterfall shower head and heated towel rack. Bedroom is quiet with ultra comfortable queen sized bed and built-in wardrobes. Combination safe to store your valuables. Ceiling fans for cooling in bedroom and living area, louvre windows to let in the breeze. Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning for those hot or cold days . Laundry. Weber gas BBQ on the deck . Free wi fi . Nespresso coffee machine. Music system. Access to locked shed for storing sporting equipment. Other things to note Weekly rates negotiated. I am happy to accommodate couples with babies ( guests to supply own cot etc). However as decks have no rails, property would not be suitable or safe for mobile toddlers !
