The space We designed the house with an architect a few years ago. It is very modern, spacious, and bright with all natural wood floors, doors, and interior finishings. It is a rare find in Tokyo as the top floor is the kitchen / living / dining area in an open space with a vaulted ceiling, tons of natural light, a playroom in the loft, and a large deck with BBQ. All of these features are quite unique and hard to find in Tokyo. All of the appliances and fixtures are Hi-tech and modern - system kitchen with built-in dishwasher and oven, remote control pad for the bath, multi-function toilet with control pad, IH stove top, and automatic sensor door lock with card key. All these features should help you have a comfortable stay. Guest access First Floor - front entrance hall, 1 bedroom with king sized bed and private bathroom Second floor - 2 bedrooms, walk-in-closet, and bathroom with shower Third floor - Living room, kitchen, play loft and balcony Other things to note Host may stay in the first floor private suite (with private entrance) in order to comply with recent Japanese law regarding Airbnb rentals.
