Thereby giving various configuration options, please enquire as to your specific needs. Other things to note Possible early arrival and late departure available upon request. No Smoking or Pets allowed. No Parties/Gatherings or Events allowed. A compendium on the apartment including appliance instructions provided. There are 2 entry video cameras (front door lobby entrance and back door roof entrance) which will be turned off following check in procedure. The premises must be kept clean. Additional cleaning fees apply at $75/hr if the apartment is not left as it is found. Dishes must be washed, dried and put away. Rubbish must be removed from the property and furniture must be left where found in the property on arrival. When leaving the property please ensure all doors and windows are closed as the weather conditions can change rapidly.
