A Tastefully designed residence for the millennial traveler. The space is within the 2nd floor of an apartment with windows and balcony for plenty of Airy, open spaces. The house is charming & cozy with all the basis details with respect to bed, Wi-Fi and hygiene paid utmost attention to. It is located in the heart of Bangalore. Our space is a one-of-a-kind neat, clean, modern house with all amenities including Completely furnished rooms with modern en-suite bathrooms. The house and its rooms are large. The living room is a perfect place for sitting, reading, eating, doing nothing at all. The kitchen is full loaded with all utensils and appliances to help you cook up a great meal. With plenty of storage space and refrigerator so that you never run out of your favorite snacks. We provide RO purified water to drink. The kitchen sink has all the necessary cleaning agents to maintain a pest free environment. So why wait , come get loculized. Other things to note ** Important Notice** The property pursues all efforts to create a safe, hygienic and comfortable environment for all our guests. DO READ : house rules to make your stay at the property a memorable one! >Request guests to fill and submit a travel history declaration form to confirm reservations. >The use of the kitchen is permitted at all times of the day. Individual kitchen kits will be provided for guests who would like to use the kitchen and request to maintain all hygiene protocols. >The host will be forced to cancel reservations of any guest not following the hygiene protocols **** Visitors policy****** The co-living space does not allow visitors in accordance with the apartment rules. **** Alcohol policy****** We do not allow consumption of alcohol and any form of narcotics. If you fail to comply, we will be forced to cancel your stay without any refund and inform the authorities. Smoking only in dedicated zones. *** Apartment rules*** > The main gate closes at 11:30pm every night incase you are arriving later than 11:30pm. Please do inform the main security guard about the same. Guest unable to follow the apartment rules, will be asked to check out immediately. **** cleanliness and hygiene*** > Request to keep all your belongings clean and not a disturbance to the others. > The kitchen is shared and the living room is shared. Please keep them clean ***** DAMAGE DEPOSIT ***** A damage deposit of value equivalent to half the month stay will be taken upon check in. Other important things : 1. Cancellation policy: The property has a 5 day cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay. 2. Check in from 11:00 am onwards. 3. Check out before 10:00 am. 4. Age Restriction: Guests should be over 18 years old; guests under 18 years old are not allowed to stay. No children allowed on the property. 5. No pets. 6. Guests are requested to leave their contact number when confirming their booking - The host would like to send the exact location so guests can find the hostel easily.
