The space This beautiful Mediterranean house offers sea views from almost every room. With a maximum capacity of 10 adults and a baby, it's a great house for groups of friends or families. The house has a large private garden, a barbecue area surrounded by bougainvillea and olive trees, a swimming pool and is just a 2-minute walk from the peaceful Cala dels Hermitanys. Two outdoor showers are available for a quick rinse after the beach. This place is ideal for resting, relaxing and disconnecting - a simple and rustic vacation home with all the comforts of a place where you can feel at home. Families with children will appreciate the large garden equipped with a hammock, swing, wooden hut, puzzles and other suitable equipment such as a high chair and a crib. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spread over two floors. The large open plan living space includes two dining rooms, a well-equipped family kitchen with an island and a bar table, as well as a cozy living room with a fireplace. The master bedroom, located on the first floor, has a king-size bed, sea view, its own bathroom and access to the rooftop terrace (air conditioning and ceiling fan). On the ground floor: • The second guest bedroom, ideal for families, is equipped with a double bed and two single beds (air conditioning) • The third guest bedroom has a queen size bed. (Air conditioning and ceiling fan) • The fourth bedroom has two single beds, which can be joined (ceiling fan) Location This house is located in a small subdivision within a protected natural area in Ametlla de Mar, a stone's throw from the Mediterranean Sea. It is 10 minutes from the charming fishing villages of Ametlla de Mar and Ampolla, and 25 minutes by car from the Ebro Delta Natural Park. For local culinary experiences, enjoy fresh tuna at Ametlla, traditional rice dishes from the Ebro Delta, taste the wines of Terra Alta or visit a mussel platform. For (family) outings, consider exploring different beaches, kayaking or paddleboarding, walking the GR-92 trail with its beautiful coves (such as Cala del Illot), or visiting PortAventura or ParcDeltaventur. Guest access THINGS TO KNOW: - Minimum Stay: From 2 nights in low season to 7 nights in high season. - Location: The house is situated in a rural area, so a vehicle is necessary to access the house and surrounding amenities. There is space to park 3-4 cars in the driveway. There is no public transport to the house. -The pool is open from May 1st to October 15th and is cleaned at least once a week. Please note that the pool is not fenced, so parents are responsible for supervising their children. For added safety, we have a GRE immersion detection alarm available. If you would like us to install it during your stay, please let us know in advance. - Amenities: The house includes air conditioning (3), ceiling fans (3), heating, a fireplace, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer and TV. - WiFi: The house has WiFi. Since it is located in a rural area, fiber optic internet is not available and the connection runs on 5G. This means that the quality of the connection can vary depending on factors such as the weather (for example wind) or coverage at the time, and it may not always be as stable as in urban areas. - Kids: 1 crib, 1 baby chair, 1 baby bath, toys and games. - Linen Service: A clean bed set is provided every week. - Accessibility: Wheelchair access is available on request. - We allow pets. The large private garden is enclosed, and there are amazing walking routes just outside the door. Please let us know in advance and inquire about the conditions. Other things to note During high season (June 29th - September 14th), bookings are for a minimum of 7 days (unless it says otherwise), with check-in (starting from 4:00 PM) and check-out (before 9:30 AM) preferably on Saturdays. Tenants must provide, before their arrival, the identity details of all members of the group, including children. This includes ID or passport number, date of issue, full name, date of birth, and nationality. Extremely PROHIBITED: firecrackers, fireworks, or bonfire due to the area’s protected status.
