Spacious Private Room in beautiful 1920s Villa

This spacious private room is in a 1920s remodeled villa located in a quiet, safe and beautiful residential neighborhood close to the center of Malmö. The beach is a 5 min walk away and the city center and central station is a 15 min bus/bike ride away. We have a very friendly small dog (pug) that lives with us. The space The private room has a bed, desk and closet as well as linens and towels that are included. The shared bathroom has a shower, bathtub and bidet. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, dishwasher, utensils, etc. The large garden featuring a range of flowers and plants can be enjoyed year-round. High speed fiber optic Wi-Fi is provided as well as access to washing machine/dryer upon request. Free street-parking is available.
