Alaçati - an Oasis in the center of the village

Sunset No:23 Alaçati is one of the few ground-floor houses in Alaçati. Thanks to its special location, the house is like a real oasis: in the middle of the village and yet far away from the noise and the hustle and bustle. As soon as you close the door behind you, peace, and idyll reign. It is an original stone house built from solid stone, hence the thick walls (approx. 60 cm) All trendy restaurants, cafes, and boutiques are within a few minutes' walking distance. The space Our house was originally a stable for small cattle. It was built in 2002 with original historic stone walls and completely renovated in January 2021. Due to the high stone walls and the inner garden, it is also a safe accommodation for guests with pets. During the renovation, we paid great attention to the high quality and practicality of our equipment. A Nespresso Machine with milk foamer, A.O. Smith drinking water purifier, egg boiler, and high-quality cookware is at your disposal. For your entertainment, we provide high-speed internet, Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, as well as a Harmon Kardon music system and record player. Important: The 2nd bedroom is located in the inner garden and is independent of the main house, therefore we only provide this room for 3 or more full-paying guests. If you need e.g. 2 single rooms, you must book the reservation as 3 adults. Guest access Our house consists of two units: a fully furnished main house, and a separate guest room with a private bathroom with access through the garden. These units can only be rented together. For three adults or more, we will open the additional guest room in the garden - so there is room enough for larger families or two couples who are friends. The guest room has an en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning, mini-fridge, tea/coffee set-up. A separate entrance through the garden is possible. Other things to note Alaçatı has become very crowded in recent years during the summer months. Those seeking peace, relaxation, and quiet surroundings should avoid the peak tourist season in July and August if possible. Smoking is not allowed indoors. ***IMPORTANT*** We are obliged to present each guest's Turkish ID number or foreign identity (passport or identity card) to the gendarmerie/police.
