Comfortable in Cobar

An oasis in the desert. Complete 3 bedroom brick home in a safe and quiet neighbourhood in Cobar, NSW. Off-street parking, car-port, maintained gardens at rear of property, securely fenced back yard. Comfortable in Cobar has been running as an Airbnb for a number of years now, and is managed by Georgia (see contact detail below, Ang helps out too). We hope you enjoy your stay at our little slice of heaven in the desert. The space You have the whole house and yard to yourself. The locations is a fantastic spot, close to town and amenities and offers a private and quiet experience. The back verandah is a great place to chill out and we offer a bbq for guests. We utilise a local cleaning service that can assist with any emergencies if required. Guest access Guests have the whole house and backyard to themselves (no access to the shed). Other things to note Our gardener keeps the front and back yards spick and span, all attempts are made to undertake gardening and watering between guest bookings. If you have a longer stay, Georgia will let you know if the gardener is popping around. If you are staying for longer than a week and would like the house cleaned/sheets changed etc over that time, please let me know and I can organise this for an additional cleaning fee. Fees are usually $180 for a weekly whole house clean (including linen change and re-stocking of essential guest supplies) and $260 for fortnightly.
