The stone house is located about 800 meters above sea level in a small hamlet in the Modena Apennines. Nestled in the greenery, it offers guests a completely relaxing stay. It is not a residential building, it is not a hotel... it is a house❤️ 🏡📍 The house, which is located in a small inhabited village, is spread over 3 levels: on the ground floor there is the living room, TV, kitchen with oven, microwave and a full bathroom with shower. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a three-quarter bed and a bathroom (without a shower). On the second floor, with a mansard roof, there are two more bedrooms, both with double beds. There is also a sofa bed in one of the two rooms. We also have a toddler bed and high chair. 🏞️ Outside, guests can enjoy a beautiful terrace/attic with wonderful views of the Apennines. Also in the outdoor area, there is a barbecue, table, chairs, deckchairs, umbrella, and hammock, to relax and have fun at the same time. Guests can enjoy seasonal vegetables grown in our garden (tomatoes, zucchini, cucumbers) and fruit from our trees (apples, pears, cherries, plums). We provide passwords for Wi-Fi, but since the walls are very thick (they are made of stone), the signal is only good on the upper floor where the modem is located. The signal does not reach the lower floor. If you are traveling with children or minors, their safety is your responsibility, as well as any damage to the property.
