The stone house is located at an altitude of about 800 metres in a small hamlet in the Modena Apennines. Nestled in the greenery, it offers guests a completely relaxing stay. It's not a residence, it's not a hotel... it's a home❤️ 🏡📍 The house, which is located in a small inhabited village, is spread over 3 levels: on the ground floor there is the living room, TV, kitchen with oven, microwave and a full bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a three-quarter bed and a bathroom (without a shower). On the second floor, with a mansard roof, there are two more bedrooms, both with double beds. There is also a sofa bed in one of the two rooms. We also have a cot and a high chair. 🏞️ Outside, guests can enjoy a beautiful terrace/attic with a wonderful view of the Apennines. Also in the outdoor area, there is a barbecue, table, chairs, deckchairs, umbrella and hammock, to relax and have fun at the same time. Guests can enjoy the seasonal vegetables grown in our garden (tomatoes, courgettes, cucumbers) and the fruit from our trees (apples, pears, cherries, plums). We provide passwords for Wi-Fi, but since the walls are very thick (they are made of stone), the signal is only good on the upper floor where the modem is located. The signal does not reach the lower floor. If you are traveling with children or minors, their safety is your responsibility, as well as any damage to the property.
