Cozy apartment in the historic center located 350 meters from downtown Ponta Delgada The space One Apartment is one of four spaces that constitute PDL Central Apartments, a beautiful building located in one of the most central streets of Ponta Delgada. It is a very comfortable and cozy apartment, ideal for one or two people, and has everything necessary to make guests feel comfortable and at home. It consists on a bedroom with double bed, a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a small pátio, perfect to eat outside. As the living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, it is possible to rent the house for up to 3 people – two in the bedroom plus one on the sofa bed in the living room. (Note: sofa bed dimension: 1,10x1,90m) Guest access It is located on the ground floor. Access to the apartment is exclusive to guests. The front door is common for all four apartments. Other things to note Take care of the house as if it were yours. Please do not smoke indoors. There is a patio where you can be more comfortable to smoke.
