Lake view apartment

The house is located opposite the beautiful lake "Tikhoye". Five to seven minutes from the house is the central street of the city, restaurants, pizzerias, the Great Concert Hall "Yantar-Hall" (where concerts, performances, and every July KVN are held), there are also cinemas and a shopping gallery. The descent to the sea and the promenade is also within a walking distance (7-10 minutes walk). The apartment is equipped with all the amenities for a comfortable stay, as well as free rental of two bicycles (see photo). The space The apartment has everything you need for a good vacation (large kitchen with electric stove, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, full set of dishes, autonomous heating, washing machine, AIR CONDITIONER, free internet (Wi-Fi), flat screen TV, bath accessories (towels, liquid soap, shampoo, hairdryer). Ironing board, iron. Guest access The house has a large elevator. The apartment has four beds (one large double bed and two convertible sofas). Perfect for a family vacation. On the ground floor of the house there is an excellent grocery store with a small cafe with its own pastries. Other things to note Airport pickup is possible (by agreement).
