The space The house is built with bioclimatic traditional architecture and ecological materials. It has large and spacious indoor and outdoor spaces. Outside there are three large terraces, one covered, where you can enjoy your meals. The view to the east reaches the horizon of the Aegean Sea, overlooking the islands of Paros, Antiparos, Ios and Folegandros. From every part of the house, from the outside and inside, from every room, the view is breathtaking to the beautiful Sifnos landscapes that the sun bathes and to the archipelago that sits in the deep blue. But also, the visual feel of the plot itself, where the house is located, is amazing with figs and almond trees, olive trees, an old windmill and vineyard. In the bedroom, there is a large double built-in bed that overlooks the Aegean Sea, with beautiful traditional built-in wardrobes with irregular plaster, adjusting the senses to the primordial materials of wood and stone. In the second bedroom, with the same view of the almond trees, the lavender and the olive trees, the white houses of the Cyclades and the sea, dominates by a neoclassical style bed, a typical bed bug of the Greek bourgeoisie of the last century. The bathroom is comfortable, with two windows and built-in details that follow the architecture of the Cyclades interior. The kitchen itself is also built in, with color changes to the tiles with three openings around and a door leading directly to the covered terrace where there is a wooden dining table for 8 people. Finally, the central hall is connected to the two terraces, with one of the most beautiful windows in the Aegean with three openings. It is built with a high height and a special skylight for changing air. It is a traditional 8-person dining area, with a traditional siphon pantry, a large and comfortable 4-person sofa, with a TV and high-quality audio system. There is also an office on site for those whose inspiration for the space and landscape leads them to work or write. Apart from every door and every window is a living painting, the house adorns dozens of paintings, ceramics, sculpture and hagiography that have been created by great Greek artists. It is truly a unique place of relaxation, inspiration and aesthetics, perfect for experiencing, and not just staying with friends or family, the sense of Mediterranean beauty and siphon light. Guest access Sifnos has been awarded worldwide for its picturesque protected trails that offer hikers wellness. Access to the house is via a path about 90 meters, starting from the main road, where in a special recess, you can park your car if you have one. The scooter can also get inside the estate. Walking the path of the house, you are offered an ideal view of an old windmill and the islands of Paros, Antiparos, Ios and Folegandros. In about 90 meters you will find the green gate of the estate. The entrance to the house is paved with slabs and has a few steps. The lighting of the path and the entrance and very satisfactory.
