Quiet and private room (double bed) in clean, fresh and relaxing Villa close to Scarborough and Brighton Beaches. The space Private and secure Villa situated up a quiet laneway and only 1.2km to the popular Scarborough beach. Sleep well in a fresh and clean private room with comfy double bed - with desk and fast wifi. Your bedroom has a ceiling fan for cooling. There is Air Conditioning in the main area of the house. The villa has a comfortable and easy going atmosphere, just slip your shoes off and relax in the cool, green courtyard. Only 1.2km (approx. 15 - 20 mins walk) to Scarborough and Brighton surf and swimming beaches. Stroll to the local Café, only 2 minutes walk around the corner. They do a great breakfast and beautiful coffee. Along with Bakery, local specialty Supermarket and Bus Stop. Kitchen is available for simple meals. There is a BBQ for use in the beautiful courtyard with shade sails for sun protection, - dining outside in the courtyard is a quiet and relaxing pleasure. Free fast Wi fi, washing machine inside, clothes line outside. Guest yoga mat available. Guest Access We are situated 3 houses back from the street and safe off street parking is available right at the front of the Villa. Interaction with Guests I work so you will have the villa to yourself most of the day. I'm a friendly and easy going person and love my outdoor sport - so I am out quite a bit during the weekends as well - especially in the summer. Happy to relax and chat and tell you about the area but also happy to give you your space as I like that too. The Neighbourhood Scarborough beachfront is a vibrant area. Sand, clear blue water and surf, bars, cafes, shops and restaurants which are busy all year round. There are quite a few options. Trigg Beach to the north and City Beach to the south are also only minutes drive away. Getting Around Uber to the city is only 20 minutes, 40 minutes to the airport. Cafes, Supermarket and Bus Stop around the corner. Hop on the 990 bus ($5.20) and go straight to the city or the other bus 410 which will only take 25 mins to get to the train station. Just a hop, skip and a jump to the beach (1.2km). Guest access We are situated 3 houses back from the street up a short access driveway. Free car parking is avaliable on the street. Occasionally there is a car parking space up the access driveway beside the house in front of the white bollards. During your stay I work so you will have the villa to yourself most of the day.
