A better option than a hotel because it has a kitchen and a comfortable living/dining room. Next to the financial area of Las 5 Torres, Plaza Castilla, the courthouse, Chamartín Station, Paseo de la Castellana, and the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. Very good value for money. Apartment with street door and independent access There are 2 public parking lots in the Plaza Castilla area. The space Apartment: maximum occupancy four people. In this apartment there is a bedroom separate from the living room, with a double bed of 1.50 cm x 1.93 In the living-dining room there are 2 sofa beds measuring 1.10 m x 1.90 m each, a well-equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. Note: For long-term reservations, if stays are 30 days or more, the host will pay €40 for electricity and the guest will have to pay the surplus. Guest access The apartment is very comfortable and safe, access is also independent from the rest of the building and you do not have to carry luggage up stairs. We do not receive guests after this time, unless previously coordinated with the host On December 24 and 31, check-in is until 9:00 pm. Check-out is before 11:00 am. From that time, the host reserves the right to access the accommodation without prior notice. Check-out is possible outside these hours, upon request and availability.
