The apartment is one of two, in a large converted house & is a ground floor flat. Shops are seconds away & beaches just a few minutes walk. Perfect for families & has picnic bags, beach games, dvd's, wii and games, indoor games, radio's, chrome cast, wifi, hair dryer, iron, stair gate, airers, dining table & chairs. Like many places in St Ives theres no parking at the property. Theres however numerous car parks within a few minutes walk. You can unload for 15 mins to avoid carrying cases etc. Guest access Whole apartment is available Other things to note The flat above is not owned by me and I cannot control the noise that they make. If you are sensitive to noise please make sure this is considered. There is a co working space a 5 minute walk away called bayspace. Have a look at their website for more details but they have desks, pods for private phone calls, a cafe, good WiFi etc if you ever need someone else to work or very strong WiFi xxx
