If you’re looking for a safe place to stay away from the city, our cozy abode in Tanay may just fit exactly what you need. Wake up to the beautiful view of Sierra Madre and breathe in the crisp, windy air of the Tanay hills, all from the comfort of Our Hilltop Home. Spend the day just gazing at the mountain ranges fronting the house which at an instant can change from being framed by clear skies to being hidden by fog or rain. You will have exclusive access to the entire one-hectare property. The space Guests’ privacy is one primary concern of the host. As such, host only accepts one group at a time. The main house, with a total floor area of 250 sq meters is nestled at the highest point of a one hectare property, providing one of the most scenic views in the area. 16 guests can occupy the main house. There are 4 bedrooms, all fully air- conditioned, with three of them upstairs and one on the ground floor. For party more than 16, there are 2 adjacent flats both 40 square meters. We charge P1000 per person in excess of 14 persons. The 2 flats have total sleeping capacity of 17 persons, so all in all, we can accommodate 33 PAX. Both flats have it’s own toilet and bath and are fully air conditioned The main house has a spacious veranda ideal for team huddles, meetings, party games, open air dining and drinking, or even just casual conversations over a cup of hot coffee. The dining area and the sala (living room) is right behind the verandah. The kitchen is equipped with cooking tools. A nice grilling or BBQ area is also available at the back of the house Other things to note Other House Rules Kitchen Utensils Pots, plates and all kitchen utensils are kept inside the kitchen cabinets. There are labels where to find them. We expect them to be cleaned and returned to their proper storage place upon your departure. Smoking No smoking inside the house. Please go out of the house if you need to smoke. In case of rain, the back of the house has roofing Drinking Water Mineral water is provided Garbage Disposal Please dispose trash properly Observe waste segregation There are 2 garbage cans in every area properly labeled with Bio-degradable(Nabubulok) and Non-Biodegradable(Hindi nabubulok) We don’t expect you to leave the house spotless but we reserve the right to charge cleaning fee if there is too much cleaning required after you left.
