While connected to the main residence, (Casita is not accessible to main house for guests) the casita has it own private entrance on the opposite side. A wonderful private patio with seating and gas grill along with beautiful views, complete the space. The space Located in N. Scottsdale with close proximity to the Phoenix Open, Barrett Jackson, Arabian Horse Show, Casinos, Spring Training baseball, golf, hiking trails and lakes. World class shopping, restaurants and spas are nearby and await you. Approximately 40-45 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport. Your private resort style casita is stocked with coffee pot, microwave, Cuisinart oven/toaster, induction hot plate, pots and pans, dishes, glasses and wine glasses, hair dryer, toiletries, bottled water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, microwave pop-corn, breakfast muffins, instant oatmeal, iron/ironing board, razor, lint roller, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Ideal for the single traveler, couples or a business professional. Smoking is permitted ONLY in OUTSIDE spaces. Guest access You have your own private access to Mi Casita. Entrance to the Casita is right of the single car garage. Follow the walkway to your private patio and entrance. Mi Casita is one floor. There is a king size bed and full bath and kitchenette.There is also a smart TV, iron & ironing board, usb charger, Wi-Fi, closet, foldable luggage rack and shades to let in lots of desert sun or if you prefer, complete privacy. French doors lead to your own covered patio with comfortable seating for enjoying the beautiful mountain view, as well as a high top table for two to experience the Sonoran Desert evenings. You also have a gas grill on your private patio along with a gas fire pit. Smoking is permitted ONLY in OUTSIDE spaces. Other things to note An informational booklet will be in your private resort casita highlighting local attractions, dining, golf courses, grocery store, gas station, local Starbucks, medical facilities and popular Scottsdale websites. Guests can park a trailer for ATV's or small boat during their stay.
