The apartment, just twenty steps from San Lorenzo Cathedral, is at the 4th floor of a recently renovated XII century palace. While being in Centro Storico, the apartment is sunny, airy and silent. The elevator in the building allows to access easily. This is a rare mix in the historical center where steep stairs and noisy places could welcome you! All main city attractions are within a few minutes walk. It shall be a pleasure to host you, giving some tips to make your stay "indimenticabile"! The space The apartment il located at the 4th floor and has an open view on roofs of the historical center. The entrance is via a typical "ingresso alla genovese" with a characteristic terrazzo floor. From there you can access living room, small and fully equipped kitchen, bed room and bathroom. In the apartment there are as well a folding bed and a chair for kids smaller than three years old. Your "small one" shall be welcomed! Guest access As guests you shall have access to the entire apartment with the exception of the closet in the entrance. If you arrive by car, please be aware that the apartment is a traffic restricted area, you cannot reach the building by car. Contact me for advice so to avoid fines. Other things to note The apartment is registered in tha national registry with CIN ID IT010025C28WXSSFYJ. Genova municipality foresees a tourist tax, above 14 years old, equal to 3 Euro per person, per day. This tax is collected by AirBnB and is included in the total price. Upon arrival I shall have to collect ID information so to register you as foreseen by EU laws. There are good fans (a portable one in the living room, a ceiling monted one in the bedroom) and a portable AC installed in the bedroom (portable AC are noisier than centralized AC); despite that, the apartment can be hot in summer (same as other apartments without centralized AC which cannot be installed in historical buildings).
