B&B Villa al Sole is a charming studio, part of a villa situated in Brunate, a nice, little town above Como, attainable by funicular or car. It is expecially excellent for those wishing to be close to Lake Como attractions but away from the tourist crowd and traffic. It’s perfect for those who love spectacular views, pure and fresh air, sports in nature (hiking, biking), or relax, privacy and quiet and love to eat healthy (organic products home made). Breakfast included. The space B&B “Villa al Sole” is perfect for those who love spectacular views, pure and fresh air, sports in nature and healthy food. The studio has direct entrance from the garden overlooking Como. From the terrace you enjoy a beautiful panorama over the Alps (and Mount Rosa), the lake of Como, the city of Milan and its surrounding areas. It is situated on the outskirts of Brunate, a nice, quiet little town 750 m. above sea level. You can arrive by car (7 km. from Como), by bus (n. 5 from the railway station of Como San Giovanni) or by the characteristic funicular which brings you in the city of Brunate in 7 minutes and it runs every 15-30 minutes. The funicular is at 15 minutes walking distance from the studio but we can offer a pick up service in case of need. Breakfast: we can offer a variaty of products from our family agricultural business; this includes honey, jams, fruit juice, eggs, seasonal fruit... Our guests like it as lot ... (don't hesitate to verify reviews of other guests)! The studio, for maximum three people, has a private entrance with a terrace and access to the garden; the living room has a double sofa bed and an armchair that turns into a single bed. Both are very sturdy and comfortable. There is a fully equipped kitchen where you can do your own cooking. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine, hair drier, towels etc. Guest access Guests can have access to the spacious green garden, where they can enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets! In the garden, a table and chairs, barbecue, rocking chair and playground equipment for children (sandbox) are at your disposal. Guests can have their breakfast privately in their own room or on the terrace as well as in the main house. Pay attention? A free parking place is available in Como! Other things to note In summer when the temperature in Como is hot, you can enjoy the cool air of Brunate (5 degree less than Como)!
