The Rock-In Studio

The Rock-In is a self contained studio on the same property as our home. It is separated from our house by an undercover/BBQ area and has its own private entry. You will have your privacy but we are nearby if you want a chat or would like any information about the local area. The property is on the edge of the lovely Natimuk township and only a short 10min drive from Mount Arapiles/Djurite. Primarily suited for couples or individuals, but can accomodate two extra guests on a fold out couch The space The apartment is situated on the edge of the lovely Natimuk township It is easy walking distance to everything in town - milk bar, hotel/pub, skate park, kids playground, community area with wood fired pizza oven and only 10 kms from the world famous rock climbing area of Mt Arapiles/Djurite. This is a comfortable self-contained studio apartment which is perfect for climbers or travellers alike. The studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The studio has a general living area/bedroom/kitchen in one large room and a separate bathroom. There is a queen bed and a fold out futon couch/double bed. The kitchen area is well equipped with a cooktop (no oven), microwave, bar fridge and everything you need to cook your own meals. There is a split system air conditioner/heater as well as a ceiling fan. The studio is situated on our property, which also has our house on it. You have your own entry and privacy although you will likely see us around. The studio is a 10 minute drive from Mt Arapiles and about 30 minutes from Little Desert National Park. In the area are many walks, bike trails plus there are other parks in the area including Gariwerd/Grampians. We can advise on many of these activities and also have a bouldering mat for loan (free of charge). The closest supermarkets and petrol stations are in Horsham about 20km away. Basic services in the Natimuk township include, post office, milk bar, National Hotel (pub meals most nights) and climbing shop. Other things to note Check in time is 3pm and checkout is 10am. If the house is available for early check in or late check out we are happy to arrange this - PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST. Guest access You will need a car to get to Natimuk. There is parking on the property directly in front of the studio. You can walk around Natimuk, which is a very small town!
