The space The apartment is located on the fifth floor with an elevator and has been completely renovated with an architect using fine finishes. At the entrance you will find the windowed bathroom and the anteroom complete with washing machine and storage room. The living area consists of an open kitchen complete with all appliances, a sofa to read a book or watch television, and a high table for 3 people to comfortably enjoy a meal. The sleeping area is separated from the living area with a partition and is equipped with a spacious wardrobe and a comfortable French double bed. Guest access Guests have access to all the spaces in the accommodation. Other things to note - For check-in from 8:45 p.m. to 10:15 p.m., you will be asked for a surcharge of €20 - For check-in from 10:15 p.m. to 11:45 p.m., you will be asked for a surcharge of €30. - For stays exceeding 10 days, cleaning and linen change every 7 days will be required for hygienic reasons.
