Bright double + guest bed + parking

Lovely large bright room with king size bed and single floor bed/mattresses made up when needed to accommodate more guests. There is a large chest of drawers to put clothes in and side table and lamp and extension lead. Fresh, clean towels and bedding provided. The house has recently undergone an impressive extension to the ground floor giving a large kitchen/dining area with bifolds on to the patio and garden, perfect for entertaining. The downstairs now benefits from a utility shower room/wc. Guest access Shared kitchen and bathrooms/toilet. Garden outside space, free parking and lounge/dining area that is available up until 9pm at night During your stay Where possible I'll always try to check guests in myself and check them in but to accom date arrival times sometimes I'll leave the keys for collection and send instruction...I'll always be in touch before arrival to determine how I'll check them in. Once checked in I tend to let guests makes themselves at home and enjoy their holiday, I'm always on hand in person or on the phone if I'm needed and can often help with restaurant recommendations and bookings etc. Other things to note I have 2 small dogs, chickens and ducks.
