Each bedroom features a double bed. Extra mattresses can be provided upon request. Living Room: The spacious living room accommodates seating for 8 to 10 people. Please note that there is no dining table in the living room(or Villa). The living room does not have air conditioning, but it does have a television. Bathrooms: The villa offers 3 bathrooms in total, with 2 attached bathrooms corresponding to each bedroom and 1 common bathroom. Basic toiletries are included, but please bring your own towels. Geysers are installed in all the bathrooms to provide hot water. Kitchen & Meals: Should you desire, in-house meals can be arranged by connecting with your dedicated host in advance. Heavy cooking is prohibited. The kitchen is semi-equipped with essential appliances, including a refrigerator and water purifier. Cutlery and crockery are readily available for your use. Outdoor Area: The villa boasts a spacious lawn. The villa features a pool, gazebo, swing, and an outdoor seating area on the lawns. The pool timing is from 2pm till 10pm, the pool size is (20x10x4.5ft). Please note that a nylon swimming costume is mandatory when using the pool. Comfortable Gazebo seating for 8 to 10 people. Additional amenities: In the event of a power failure, an inverter is available to provide backup power. No heating or cooling equipment will operate. Games such as Carrom, Uno, Racket, and Playing Cards are available. Complimentary WiFi access is provided. It may be intermittent at times. Mosquito repellent can be provided upon request. Other important information: The property is immersed in a natural setting, so leaving food outdoors may attract insects and animals. For mosquitoes, repellents are at your disposal. We recommend closing doors and windows in the evening to keep them out of the house. Car parking is available on the street outside the villa. TRUE FACTS: Although the property is a ground floor structure, it is elevated and has 14 to 15 steps. It is a row house and is a part of a complex with 6 villas. Street Parking Space for 3 cars. Caretaker available onsite/on call from 9 am to 9 pm. Approach road to the property may have potholes. Minor leakage is possible during heavy rainfall. Swiggy & Zomato - Operational. Guest access The villa is at a distance from the Lonavala Market 15 minutes, and at a 15 minute distance from the Lonavala highway. A popular hill station at an altitude of 2,047 ft above sea level, Lonavala is a romantic escape from the chaotic noise of city life. Salubrious climate, magnificent exquisiteness, historical forts, ancient caves and beautiful lakes make it the most sought after destination in India. Other things to note - Check-in is available from 2 PM onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11 AM. - During your stay, please refrain from hosting visitors or additional guests to avoid incurring extra charges. - We do not support late-night parties or loud music after 10 PM. DJ parties and large sound systems are strictly prohibited. - You can bring your pet for an additional cost of Rs 1,000/- per pet. - Illegal activities, including the possession or use of drugs/narcotics and weapons, are not allowed on the premises. The management retains the authority to report such activities to the local authorities, which may result in eviction. - Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking. A fine will be imposed for smoking indoors. - There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. Parents or guardians must supervise infants and youngsters while they are in the pool. - Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal valuables. The management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items. - Please ensure the safekeeping of your personal belongings. Loss, theft, or damage to items is not the responsibility of the management. - Only Aadhar Cards, Driver's Licenses, and Passports are accepted as valid ID proofs. - The management's decisions are final and binding. - A refundable security deposit will be collected, and any actual damages caused during your stay will be deducted from this deposit. - Parking available exclusively for private vehicles. We cannot guarantee parking for commercial vehicles, travelers, or buses. - Guest cannot bring their own chef or Maharaj at the property. Damage Deposit: A refundable security deposit of INR 5000/- will be collected upon your arrival. This deposit will be refunded provided that the total number of guests does not increase, you adhere to the checkout time, and there are no damages caused by guests.
