No state government occupancy fees apply. Centrally located town house in quiet street, minutes walk from cinema, shops, historical buildings, parks,cafes, bus & rail station. Walled courtyards X2 for outdoor sitting, totally private. a/c available. Guest's small dog is ok (no cats accepted). The house is light filled , upstairs bedrooms have views over Bendigo. The space 2 minutes walk in the same street (King Street) is the Golden Vine Hotel for meals & w/e live music. The venue is sufficiently distant not to cause noise st the bnb. Bendigo cinema is also 2 minutes walk in the next street. There is a park nearby in Kig Street. WiFi & a/c available. Guest access The house has a third small bedroom not for guest use. Also not included for use is the laundry & no dishwasher. Other things to note When you as a guest arrive it's helpful to me to receive notice of your arrival. Please take care not to put food or food contaminated material into the recycle bin. In the kitchen is a ss.bucket for food /scraps which I will collect.
