Apartment Amarena

The apartment is situated in a peaceful and green Mediterranean environment. This simply furnished apartment with a beautiful view on the sea and the salt pans is located in an old mansion from the early 20th century, in the green surroundings of Piran. From there you can easily reach Piran, Portorož and Izola ; be it on foot along the seaside, with a car or with public transport (bus). Guest access There are many hiking and cycling tracks arround , or you can take a trip to Piran, Izola or Portoroz nice coastal towns with many restaurants, shops and other activities. Strunjan is just 3 km from Portoroz and Piran, 8 km from Croatian border, 32 km from Trieste, 39 km from Lipica, 116 km from Ljubljana, 165 km from Bled and 196 km from Venice. The house is on an elevated position and you can reach the beach via local road. Other things to note The apartment is in a family house. It is in the ground floor and it has its own entrance. It comprises a kitchen with a dining table, a living room with the sofa, bathroom and a bedroom with a fabulous view from the window , there is a double bed. The apartment is essentially suitable for 2 persons to have a comfortable stay, but a third and fourd person might also join, they can sleep on the sofa in living room. Besides the apartment our guests have a terrace with a table and chairs available for their use. Also, there is a parking space available. It´s a non-smoking apartment, so if you smoke, please do it outside, not inside. THOROUGH CLEANING AND DISINFECTION The apartment is meticulously cleaned and sanitized after every guest so you can book with us with confidence. In addition to thorough cleaning, we disinfect all high-touch surfaces like: - Doorknobs - Table surfaces - Hard dining chairs (seat, back, and arms) - Kitchen counters - Bathroom counters - Faucets and faucet knobs - Toilets (seat and handle) - Light switches - TV and air conditioning remote controls TOURIST AND PROMOTION TAX IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PIRAN We have to report our guest arrival to the local tourist office and we pay a tax for your stay. When you arrive we must take info from your ID or a passport. Amount of tourist and promotional tax 1. The amount of tourist tax is set at 2 € per day 2. A 25% promotional fee in the amount of € 0.5 per day is charged to it. 3. The final amount of the tourist and promotional tax from is 2,5 € per day Children up to the age of seven are exempt from paying the tourist tax and consequently the promotional tax, Tourist tax in the amount of 50% is paid • persons from 7 to 18 years of age,it is 1.25 €. Tourist tax is not included in the price. You pay for it upon arrival.
