Relax on the sun terrace after exuberant swimming days on the nearby beach, wonderful bike rides or even after a sailing tour from the Baaber Bollwerk - right with us' around the corner '. The space In the cozy kitchen-living room with modern kitchenette there is a dining table with 4 chairs, as well as a comfortable sofa bed with table and a modern flat-screen TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove with a ceramic hob, extractor hood, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and refrigerator. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps as well as a closet. The sofa bed in the living area can be pulled out comfortably if necessary and thus offers space for 2 more people. A cot and high chair are provided free of charge on request of a cot and high chair. For the cot, please bring bed linen and underlay yourself. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and sink. The apartment has floor heating. Guest access Entire apartment. Other things to note Minimum stay is 5 days. The day of arrival can be chosen freely. For our holiday guests, there is a private parking space on the property. Washing machine and dryer are available in the separate utility room at a charge. Note: The city tax will be collected by the landlord and forwarded to the spa administration. After the booking is completed, we will contact you to settle the tourist taxes separately. You will then receive these spa cards by email.
