You are sure to leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Only 3km from shops, 2km from golf club and 3km from Point Roadknight beach. The space Enjoy luxurious spaciousness offered by this architecturally designed guest suite. Tastefully decorated you’ll be torn whether to stay in or head out to explore the sights the Surfcoast has to offer. You’ll wake up in an oversized master bedroom with ensuite to the sounds of native birds in the ancient gum tree that canopies the front yard. The bedroom boasts a luxurious pillow-top king size bed with French linen sheets, smart tv, and heating. Perfect for a holiday lay in. The ensuite includes full sized shower and bathtub with designer bath sheets. Two additional bedrooms are available on request at additional cost. Enjoy a supplied light breakfast and espresso coffee from your kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a full-sized fridge, microwave, tea/coffee making and dishwasher. No cooking is available. Laundry facilities are available on request. The lounge and dining area is open and spacious with big glass windows for you to soak in the view of the native garden. You may even be lucky enough for some local wildlife to come and visit! The room includes round marble dining table to seat four, smart tv, comfortable lounge suite with two IMG leather recliners (which you may fall asleep in). Enjoy a game of bocce on the manicured backyard lawns or relax on the deck watching the parrots come to feed in the afternoon. Beach towels and low chairs are available for use for a day at the beach. PLEASE NOTE: This suite is offered for adult use only, no children or pets. Cooking is not allowed.
