Nestled between two stunning parks on the Sydney foreshore that beckon you to come out explore , walk and if you have children, play in the playground next door. The tranquility of the location forces you to slow down, or join in the action only a stone throw away are award-winning restaurants and many of the lively historic pubs of Balmain. The house is older style. The space Our home backs onto a fantastic family friendly park complete with oval and children’s playground. Set on a large land size of (365 square metres), unusually spacious size for the area. The footpath outside in the park lights up every evening to create a visually pleasing back drop no matter what time of the day. Within minutes you can access transport options either ferry or buses taking you directly into city. If you prefer to drive Birchgrove is within 15-20 min drive to CBD. Tennis Courts for hire next door as is the harbour with spectacular views of the Harbour bridge. This property is in a very coveted position for watching New Years Eve fireworks. We provide baby cot, baby bath and high chair. The home has a lovely backyard that is safe for children to play. Guest access The entire home is yours for the duration of your stay, enjoy! Open to negotiation regarding price for long term stays looking for a local rental or a place to stay if own home is unavailable.
