You’ll love our apartment for it's bright, welcoming environment. We want you to feel at home! It is completely renovated with a love for the arts. Our apartment is only 400 mts from the La Mata beach. Nice communal swimming pool is open all year round (in winter like sunbathing and relaxing area). Summer 2020 the swimming pool is closed. There are many restaurants and bars in the nearest neighbourhood, supermarket 24/7, a bus stop and a taxi stop. The space The apartment is located on the 1st floor (one flight of stairs). The newly renovated living room is combined with a fully-equipped kitchen (with a bar rack); there is a separate dining area. In the living room, there is a sofa bed, which can be used as an extra bed. The main bedroom has a double bed (140x200), an extra small bedroom (next to the dining area) with a single bed (90x200). From the main bedroom, there is an access to a small terrace in the courtyard, where you can leave your beach accessories or dry your laundry. Guest access The apartment has everything you need: TV, internet, ceramic hob, electric kettle, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and hairdryer in the bathroom, iron and ironing board, dishes, kitchen utensils. The cleaning of the apartment is included in the price and is thoroughly done after the departure of the guests and before the arrival of new ones. Other things to note Near the apartment, there is a small park with a tower, a symbol of Torrevieja (in translation "old tower"). An excursion train stops near the tower and takes you along the coast up to the center of Torrevieja and the main promenade and further to Salinos (pink lake with salty water, identical in composition with the water of the Dead Sea). The local bus (line A) also can get you to the center of Torrevieja or to the center of La Mata (ticket price is 1 euro).
