The Cottage is a detached dwelling within the grounds of Hoe Farm Cottage. It is accessed via a private farm track at the end of a quiet lane within the unspoilt Hamlet of Flansham. Felpham, Climping, Elmer and Middleton on Sea beaches are close by. Perfect for families or romantic getaways. Both Chichester and Arundel are a 15 min drive from the cottage. Just north of Chichester is Goodwood, Motor Circuit and Racecourse famous for the annual Festival of Speed, Revival and Gold Cup events. The space Totally self contained cottage set in a rural location. Tastefully decorated but with a modern yet cosy feel. A large open plan kitchen/dining living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. Off the lounge is access to a small fully enclosed patio area. Downstairs king size bedroom with views over looking the surrounding countryside. Adjacent to this is the main bathroom with walk in shower. Upstairs there is a twin room with a mezzanine area ideal for reading and relaxing. Guest access Access from the shared drive. You can you either park your car on the drive or in the car port. We offer a secure bike store within the carport if required. Other things to note Please note for taller guests, as the title suggests The Cottage is "Quaint" and people over 6'4" will struggle with the ceiling height particularly in the upstairs bedroom. The driveway is shared but guests have ample space for up to 2 cars. We can also give you access to a secure bike store if required.
