Aroha Tiny House at Peka Peka on the Kapiti Coast is the perfect little getaway. A modern purpose built self-contained tiny house, situated in a secluded garden environment with a large private patio for your indoor outdoor enjoyment and only 50 metres from the beach. My name is Sarah, I live onsite in the front house. I enjoy meeting new people and look forward to being your host. My favourite things about Peka Peka Beach are swimming, catching whitebait and collecting Tuatua. The space The Tiny House is open planned with a door separating the bathroom from the living areas. There is a full sized fridge and oven along with an outdoor barbeque. A giant sun umbrella to offer shade on those sun drenched days. Enjoy the private outdoor shower for your use when you return from the beach. There is lots of different seating areas in the private courtyard including a covered in area. Inside you can laze around on the bed or sofa and enjoy the smart tv which includes Netflix. There are lots of personal touches to make your stay a memorable one. The property is not compatible for Children Guest access There is plenty of secure parking onsite, you can see your vehicle from the tiny house. Peka Peka is a beach side community of permanent and holiday residents. It is a microclimate environment where you can indulge in our beautiful beach, water sports and great fishing. There is plenty of cafes close by in Waikanae Beach and lots of restaurants, two supermarkets, shopping and a movie theatre in Waikanae village. Paraparaumu Beach is only 10 minutes drive away with more shops etc. The cycle/walking trail is just at the top of Peka Peka Rd, it is nice and wide sealed track for your enjoyment. Other things to note There are mosquito screens on all the windows. It is fully insulated with tinted double glazed windows and block out blinds.
