Guest access The apartment is located in a beautiful residential center with an outdoor pool with rescue service and tennis court (during the summer season), private parking within the complex at no additional cost. The apartment is very bright thanks to its location directly facing the sea, it has: - a bedroom with a large double bed and a single bed, a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe; - Fully equipped kitchen, oven, refrigerator, and everything you need to prepare excellent meals - Private bathroom with shower and washing machine - Spacious and bright living room with two sofa beds, a large wooden table, a television, and a private balcony overlooking the pool and tennis court equipped with a table and chairs for relaxing or eating outdoors - Storage room with everything you need for the house, ironing board and iron, beach equipment (beach umbrella, chairs and deck chairs), bocce, fishing rod, Bike rental is available on request! NB. During high season (June/July) the apartment is available with a minimum stay of 15 days.
