Description
Chalet Bärenegg is wonderfully embedded in the landscape of the Bernese lakes and mountains. Inside it is small with little storage space, but it has pretty niches to linger outside: two seats with a grill, outdoor sauna and for the little ones a lawn, sandbox and slide. Here you can feel the silence and power of nature before the mighty Niesen and with the breathtaking lake view. Countless excursion possibilities around Lake Thun make the stay a unique experience. The space The kitchen is open to the living room, where there is also a sofa bed. A ladder leads to the sleeping platform with four mattresses. A small children's room with cabin bed provides access to a sheltered seating area with outdoor sauna and shower. The stone tiled bathroom features a bathtub with lake views. A balcony invites you to linger in the fresh air, while in the basement our own wine matures and a foosball table creates a cheerful atmosphere. In the garden you will find a fireplace, various seats and play equipment for children. Guest access You have access to the entire house with garden and outdoor spaces alone. Other things to note The chalet is cleaned before and after you. Linens and towels are washed and beds are freshly made. Please note that the interiors in the chalet are relatively small and some rooms are only 1.90 m high. The sleeping platform with 4 mattresses is directly under the roof and only about 1.00 m high, so only suitable for sleeping. The accessibility of the chalet by public transport is not easy, as 100 meters of altitude have to be overcome on foot from the lake. If you arrive by private vehicle, you will find plenty of parking 150 meters from the chalet. Access is only via a footpath.
