Your room is at the most central spot of the Pijp, right in the middle of the famous Albert Cuyp market. Note: the kitchen and bathroom is shared with the owners. The Pijp is the 'quartier Latin' of Amsterdam with many nice restaurants and bars. The subway station is in the same street, but most city highlights are within walking distance. Almost next to Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh! We are plant lovers and created this green oasis in the middle of the bustling city. Welcome! The space We love the market! Your room has a view over the market and the church. Our apartment is spacious, you get the key so you can enter whenever you want. I has energy label F as it still has the original windows, but the bedroom is fully insulated and has double glass +++ Guest access We live there ourselves and only rent out this room. We occasionally have friends staying over, but you will hardly notice. Shared bathroom. Shared kitchen with fridge and good coffee. Shared livingroom full of plants with beautiful sight over the market. During your stay We are always happy to help and give tips, but we also don't bother you after a long flight or a busy day. We do our best to welcome you in person and help you with your luggage. But if we both have to work when you arrive, we will send you instructions for self-checkin. Other things to note The house is in the middle of the market. They start to build up the market early every day Monday till Saturday. You might hear some noise from this in your bedroom. If you enjoy the city vibe and the market, you are very welcome, but if easily wake up by sounds, we suggest you look somewhere more quiet. Please be aware that the bedroom is on the 4th floor and there’s no elevator.
