Fully equipped kitchen incl all cooking utensils, crockery etc. Free wifi. This property is ideal for family and friends up to 6 to share. Or for business colleagues /contractors in groups from 2 - 5 who require separate space .. The space The 2 main bedrooms both have 'Zip and Link' beds so that they can be separate comfortable twin singles or a spacious large king size bed. The third bedroom is down stairs and has double bed and a 40" smart TV. The main lounge has 2 large comfy sofas, a dining table and 40" Smart TV. There is a large 3 piece bathroom with over bath shower and an additional separate WC with wash hand basin. The kitchen is well equipped with Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher, and Washer Dryer and all the kitchen utensils, cookware, crockery and cutlery to cater for a 6 people roast dinner feast. Guest access Guest have sole and private access to the whole property which includes a private rear outside space. Other things to note There is on street parking along the street. The opposite side of the street is free, but the house side of the street is restricted from 8:00am - 9:00pm Monday to Sunday. There is a Visitor Permit available, please contact host for details. The Visitor Permit must be left in the house upon check-out.
