Serorin Light Hotel Tokyo is conveniently located within a 2-minute walk from Shin-Okachimachi Station A4 exit. Shin-Okachimachi Station has two metro lines of subway Oedo Line and Tsukuba Express Line. You can reach Shinjuku Station and Roppongi Station by the Oedo Line in less than 30 minutes. The Tsukuba Express Line can reach Akihabara and Asakusa in one station which is very convenient. In addition, Ueno Station and Tokyo Station where the Shinkansen is located are very close. The space -If you’re looking for a change of pace from the hyperactivity of Tokyo, this area is for you. -From station by train you can go to Tokyo station, Akihabara station, Ikebukuro station, Shin Okubo station, Shinjuku station, Shibuya station, Tokyo station and so on. so do not worry about getting over riding due to language problems. -2 mins on foot from Shin-okachimachi station to the house. 2mins to convenient store and 4mins to supermarket. Hotel is located in quiet area so no need to worried be bothered by noise during night. The house is design in simple and modern style with fully space utilization.All furniture and electrical appliances are all brand new and bought from famous furniture store which we wish to create a warm atmosphere to guest. -The kitchen come with microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, kitchen supplies (pot, frying pan, dish) etc are prepared. For those who likes to cook, you can go to supermarket nearby to buy local fresh ingredients and enjoy cooking time in house which you wont able to experience if you stay in hotel. -1 toilet, 1 bathroom comes with shower and wash-hand basin in the house which are separated .To minimize the weight of your luggage, we do also provide basic cleaning kits such as shampoos, conditioner, towels, body shampoos, hairdryer in the room .We prepared free washing machine and cloth dryer on the first floor . -If you make a long-term reservation (1 month or more), since we do not charge a deposit, so only those who make a long-term reservation will need to sign the "fixed-term building lease contract" and "equipment confirmation" (repair responsibility). Please be aware of this before making a reservation. Guest access -During the reservation period, all items in the room will be reserved for you. We will not share it with other guests. -The laundry room is for sharing, every customer is able to get in and use. Other things to note -NO SMOKING in the room. -Please take off your shoes at the entrance.  
-Keep the volume down after 10 pm.
-No musical instruments.  
-Please turn off the lighting, and air conditioner, heater when leaving the flat  
-Please wash tableware / pans / pots after use  
-No pets, drugs, or outsider guests.
 -Please dispose only pet bottles, cans and glass bottles into PetBottle bin, Can bucket after rinse.  
-Please separate other waste (plastic, leftover food, carton etc.) from Pet bottle, Bin, Can rubbish. -Please don’t throw garbage outside of the house. -All the beds in the house will only be prepared when the room is booked at the maximum number of guests. Usually, the room beddings and towels will be prepared according to the number of guests registered in the reservation. Please contact in advance if you have specific sleeping arrangements. * Guest Registration is required: Hosts need to prepare the following for Lodger’s Registry Book: 1. Full Name 2. Home address 3.
