Modern 1,5 rooms apt 350 meters from Kolomenskaya

Hi! We are Michael and Olga and we decided to rent our apartment during FIFA Championship (approx. from 15. June to 15. July, dates are subject for discussion). The apartment is located 350 m away from metro station Kolomenskaya. Normally we live by ourselves in this apartment. That's why the apartment is fully equipped. We would take away majority of our personal items (incl. our parrots) to free space for your comfort. The space Hi! We are Michael and Olga, two strategy consultants (and travelers and snowboarders during holidays) living in Moscow. I used to study and work in Germany, so do not hesitate to contact me in German if you prefer so 😊. We decided to rent our apartment during FIFA Championship (approx. from 15. June to 15. July, dates are subject for discussion). We would stay in Moscow during the Championship, so if you need any help during your stay we would surely offer it to you. Normally we live by ourselves in this apartment. That is why the apartment is fully equipped (starting from dishwashing and washing machines to all the kitchen- and tableware, towels etc.) and meets the requirements for comfortable stay. There is sleeping capacity for 4 people: there is a kingsize bed in bedroom and a sofa in living room where 2 people can sleep. We would take away majority of our personal items (incl. our parrots) to free space for your comfort. Other things to note What is extremely important to consider: during summer in all relatively old houses hot water is absent up to 10 days, and it is better to make sure that during your stay there is no hot water disconnection in the apartment you chose. For our apartment hot water absence period is in May. During your stay all the utilities would be supplied on the regular basis.
