**NOTE - JANUARY 2025** Starting January 2025, Dover House will feature one bedroom and a dedicated study (no bed). Ideal for one or two guests seeking a peaceful retreat in Orange or a perfect work-from-home setup. ——————————————- Welcome to Dover House! After a full renovation, this grand old lady is ready for you to experience the charm and detail, all within walking distance of the CBD. The space - Kitchen + Living - Open plan kitchen and living space (with bathroom off this space). Smart tv and electric fireplace. As this is my home there is a full pantry which you are welcome to use what you like but I will leave the basics (salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee etc) out for easy access. Also note there will be a few things left in the fridge/freezer but will be put away tidily. - Dining - The dining area is small (comfortably fits two and four with a little less elbow room). Two chair and two stools provided. Lovely spot in the morning with sun coming in the French doors. - Bedroom 1 - The smaller of the two bedrooms get fantastic morning light (with blinds to block it out if needed). Queen bed with thick feather topper, linen sheets and down doona. - Study - A dedicated study equipped with a desk, perfect for working from home. - Bathroom - Newly renovated and tidy space with a large shower. - PETS - Unfortunately because there is no direct outside access to the apartment (which is on first floor) I have a no pet policy. Guest access Parking is to the rear of the property. Open to the street but off street and undercover. Other things to note - NOTE - This is my home that I rent out when I am away. Therefore there will be two cupboards that will be locked. All personal belongings will be put away so you can make the most of the space. Registration Details PID-STRA-3013
