Other things to note We want your stay to be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, and believe clear expectations help ensure that, so please note the following: - The property is located in a quiet, family orientated residential estate, ideal for safety and relaxation. We kindly ask guests to respect the other keep noise levels down, especially Karen at night. - Check-in is self-service via a secure lockbox. We'll share full instructions ahead of your arrival for a smooth experience. - Cleaning lady is included once or twice per week depending on the length of your stay. - While we welcome small pets on prior request, we ask that they stay off the beds and furniture. - As this is our private home, please treat it with the same care and respect as you would your own. - Guests will have full access to all amenities listed, but should note the property is safe for childreb, but is not totally childproofed (e.g., deck, jacuzzi, and fireplace areas) .
