Guest access There are some limitations regarding the size of car that we are able to accommodate - the maximum vehicle height is 1.7m, Length 4.9m and Weight of 2 tonne. Parking is also available through Ace Parking located only 100 meters from our building. (entry via Rouse Street near the corner of Bay Street).  Short and long stay car parking options are available. Guests have access to a 50 inch high definition TV and access to superfast WI-FI internet. A laptop friendly work desk is included for business travellers. The Hamptons Apartments building offers guests secure entry, lift (excluding to gym), basement car parking, a fully equipped gymnasium as well as a stunning rooftop entertaining deck with amazing views of the CBD and Port Melbourne’s beaches.
