Emily Homes' Little Room in Helium

The house, (where the available room is in) is located in a subdivision where there is a quick access to the wet market, salon and spa, barber shops, fruit stands, bakeries, drugstores, Jollibee restaurant, pawnshops, bank & atms, laundry shops. We have 4 computer units that can be used for a fee, but wifi access (if you have your own gadgets) is free. The space Our family of 5 (including 1 dog) also lives here and we will be sharing other parts of the house. We do not smoke and drink here. :) Davao City has existing ordinances that you be aware of to adhere to: - No smoking in public places - Curfew of minors at 10:00 pm beyond - No drinking (in clubs, pubs) beyond 10:00 pm - No helmet (for motorcycle drivers), no driving We will also be charging 10% of the total amount in advance for the cleaning expenses upon check out.
