Our Borgo Apartment is located less than a 5-minute walk to FinalBorgo. Two bedrooms, one bathroom, private outdoor courtyard with BBQ, and bike storage for up to 3 bikes. Spacious private courtyard with outdoor furniture on ground floor, and the bedrooms upstairs have a balcony looking out onto the green Ligurian hills and courtyard. Modern amenities with WIFI, a large flat screen television (51 inch or 130 cm) with Chromecast. Kitchen has a dishwasher, kettle, and nespresso machine. The space This apartment has recently been renovated, and isBright and airy with mid-century touches in design. Not the typical condo, but a unique apartment in a historic building shared with only three other apartments. Offers an upper balcony and private garden courtyard on ground floor! Ground floor comprises of the kitchen and living room in an open-plan ("American-style"). There's a spacious dining table with vintage chairs. Modern amenities such as a dishwasher and everything you need to cook a meal. Living room/lounge has a sofa bed and arm chairs providing plenty of seating. Outdoor space: Dining area is set up under the shade of vines and foliage for the summer months. Relax with the lounge chairs provided. Both bedrooms have a king bed and balcony looking out to the courtyard with views of the Ligurian hills. Baby cot available. Bed linens and towels included, of course! Note that in order to access the apartment, you need to walk down a flight of stairs from the main road. These stairs lead to the historic building for our apartment.
