Sunray BnB - Quiet, cosy, guest suite - Wi-Fi

This is a quiet small guest suite, with free secure parking for a non-smoking/vaping person to explore the Southern Peninsula side of Cape Town. Ideal for longer stays, Digital Nomads, hikers, cyclists, surf skiers. En-suite bathroom, with 1 m x 1m hot shower. Hotel-grade wider single bed & pillows. Woolies cotton linen & inner duvet for comfort. The location is a short walk to Fish Hoek beach, coffee shops, Shoprite, Woolies, PicknPay, banks & ATMs. A 25 minute walk to Kalk Bay. Fast Wi-Fi The space The guest suite is self contained and private. It is cosy and quiet and is perfect for non-smoking Digital Nomads, travelling light and sightseeing. There is an office chair and desk for your laptop or to use as an inside dining table. The kitchenette shelving unit has wine glasses, dinner and side plates, coffee cups, tumblers and cutlery. English Breakfast Tea, a choice of instant coffees like Antigua Continental Roast, Ricoffy, Rooibos and sugar are provided. Full cream boxed milk will be provided upon request. So many guests bring their own oat, almond or goat milk that cows' milk no longer seems popular. There is a bar fridge for keeping drinks cool and a microwave to heat food, as well as a pop-up toaster. There is no TV but there is 60Gb per month of fast WiFi (between 20 and 35 mbps) is dedicated to the guest suite. Mosquito netting is on the windows for a peaceful sleep so you should have a worry-free stay, although there aren't that many mosquitoes around. The space does not have full cooking facilities and is thus not a holiday flat. It is a smaller space and thus ideal for a single person. Guest access There is a table and chairs for sitting outside in the sun or in the shade under a medium size Pepper tree. This spot is a lovely, quiet and private place with a partial view of the mountains so a great place to have your tea, coffee, beer or glass of wine or do your yoga. Guests love this area, especially in summer. Other things to note There is secure parking for one vehicle with your own remote for the driveway gate so that you can come and go as you please. There are two outside washing lines with clothes pegs in a nearby black letter box container that almost all guests find useful and convenient. There is strictly No Smoking or vaping in the Guest Suite as I have a lot of surf skiers, paddlers, cyclists and health enthusiasts who are into keeping themselves fit and healthy. These folk don't like the smell that cigarette smoking leaves in the guest suite. NO bookings will be entered into or accepted should you wish to book ON BEHALF OF SOMEONE ELSE. These types of bookings always lead to problems so Sunray BnB will not enter into them. In winter, if a heater is used, an extra charge will be levied as electricity has become expensive. There are two laundromats in the area, some four blocks away.
