A new 3-bedroom self-contained waterfront villa within prestigious Koveda Holiday Resort, on the majestic Hawkesbury River. All furnishing are as new. Bring your watersport toys along, or just relax on the well-manicured lawns with your favourite book whilst the kids play with their drones, bikes, electric scooters, etc. Prepare your meals in the fully fitted granite top kitchen and dine on the patio or enjoy a BBQ in your private Alfresco area. Please note this is a family resort. The space Secure your watercraft to your private mooring for convenience during your stay. Guest access Villa and Alfresco area are your private space, whilst all other areas are shared with Koveday Holiday Resort residents. Plenty of shared space for parking and for kids to play, whilst still being secluded from the public. Other things to note Villa is setup to host 2 x families ideally consisting of 2 adults and 2 children per family. All linen including Sheets, blankets, duvets, pillows, towels have been provided for 8 guests, with extra blankets as well. Villa is cleaned and prepared by owners themselves, and all beds are dressed with fresh linen prior to your arrival. As noted elsewhere, we stress that this is a family friendly resort. Please note that should you or your guests damage any contents or property, or leave the villa in a dirty state, you will be held liable for the costs of replacing/repairing any damaged content/property, or for costs relating to cleaning of the villa.
