"New" Little Blue House

Just a few steps from the sandy beach and the sea, the house is specially decorated in blues to convey peace and tranquility. Note: Minimum stay - 2 nights. The space "NeW" Casita AZUL is a vacation home REGISTERED in TOURISM with the number VT-444717-A, category E. It consists of: Interior space: -Bedroom 1" with a bunk bed that has a 135cm bed for two people, and on top of the bunk bed, another 90cm bed. Small study area (folding table and armchair) -and "Bedroom 2" with a 135cm bed for 2 people + small folding table. A bathroom (with shower) and kitchen - dining room - living room - fireplace Outdoor space: - A pergola, with table and chairs to eat outside, and some seats to simply read or relax in a shaded area. -There is also a very convenient Outdoor Shower for when you arrive from the beach. -There is also a barbecue. -The washer/dryer room is under the stairs. The house is equipped with the essentials, and the bed linens and towels, whether summer or winter, are included in the price. You can use the Wi-Fi for free. There is a playpen-crib for the little ones. You can come year-round, and each season has its charm. It's always cool! The house has AIR CONDITIONING (hot and cold) and ceiling fans in the living room and in Bedroom 2, and a standing fan in Bedroom 1. During the cold season, the house can also be heated with the fireplace, but firewood is NOT included in the price. I provide it, but it's paid for separately in cash. If you come with a pet, a 20 euro supplement is applied for the final cleaning, which is also charged separately. VERY IMPORTANT Pets cannot be left alone. We follow Ecological and Sustainable criteria with the use of electrical and water supplies that must be respected. Please read the House Rules. There is an outdoor public parking lot right next to the park. You can enter the car to unload at the door but park outside in the Public Parking. Les Basetes Park is ideal for walking, exercising, skating, or for children to play in the playground. Water sports can be practiced on the beach. It is a very quiet place to rest and relax at any time of the year. In just a 15-minute walk, you reach Denia Centro because we are 1 km from the village. . There are many beautiful places to see, both on the coast and in the mountains. If you have any questions, you know it's a pleasure to answer them, so just ask me. VERY IMPORTANT: read the house rules, which you will find in the important NOTES section. Guest access The house has its Private Land but shares with 5 other neighbors, the access road to the beach and the street; and it is very important, especially in summer, to be very respectful with noise, and if you bring a pet, with its waste. The car can be unloaded inside the common area but must then be parked in the free public parking lot in the park outside. Other things to note VERY IMPORTANT We need the ID to be able to make the Traveler reports that must be sent to the Police. It will be essential to send this document before arriving so that we can send it to you via email and you can return it signed. The cleaning fee paid with the reservation covers washing the bed linens and professional cleaning and disinfection of the house. However, scrubbing, personal garbage collection, fireplace ash collection, barbecue, or ashtrays must be done by the guest or, if the guest does not have time to do so, a 10 euro fee will be deducted from the deposit for each task not performed. Therefore, there is a deposit of 100 euros that is delivered upon arrival in cash (non-Spanish) or by Bizum (Spanish), and that is returned upon departure if everything is correct as agreed. Deposit refunds will always be made in cash if tourists are not Spanish residents. And using Bizum if you are Spanish. For any transfers abroad, the guest will cover the expenses. Please check the house carefully before handing over the keys to avoid forgotten items. Shipping costs will be charged to the guest if anything needs to be shipped. The washing machine is available upon request and costs 3 euros per wash. Non-washable organic stains will incur a 15 EUR fee per stained sheet. Check-in time is between 2 pm and 4 pm, and check-out is at 11:00 AM Unless we have agreed on a different time if you or you prefer other hours and it is possible on our part and You can request a check-out by the hour until 2:00 PM or a late check-out that would be until 7:00 PM and, depending on the month, costs €6 (Nov to Feb), €8 (March to May) €10 (June and July) or €12 (August). Or if it is late, ⅔ of the house's price per night is charged, applying the price of each moment. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED INSIDE the house. When you come with a Pet there is an additional charge of 20 euros and the Pet CANNOT BE LEFT ALONE if you go somewhere. It can enter the LIVING ROOM, but NOT the bedrooms, (keep the doors closed please, or bring a leash that allows you to prevent it from moving uncontrollably) but if it is one of those that climbs on the armchairs, you must bring protective fabrics. (or use the ones we leave for you) Pets MUST NOT SLEEP in the bedrooms, as hair on the blankets or duvets will mean deducting the cost of laundry (minimum 20 euros more) We leave you a leash for outdoor use for the pet. It is very important to collect their waste and prevent it from entering the neighbors' homes. In winter, the house can be heated with a rustic wood-burning fireplace, with the wood costing 10 euros per basket. It is very important to TURN OFF the air conditioning if you are not inside the house. Excessive consumption will incur an additional cost that will be deducted from the deposit paid. Thank you very much for being responsible for electricity consumption, for everyone! Visits by people other than the guests themselves must be notified, especially if you want them to stay overnight in the house, as they will have to pay the cost of an additional person. Please report any breakage or damage to the house before you leave, and it will be deducted from the deposit.
